At Pix Space, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver high-quality products and a seamless experience. If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us and we will review your case carefully.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
General Policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements.
Digital Products (Strict No-Refund Policy)
All digital products, including downloadable software, presets, plugins, courses, and digital content, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, it is considered used and becomes the exclusive property of the customer.
For this reason:
- No refunds
- No returns
- No exchanges
This applies regardless of usage, perceived dissatisfaction, compatibility issues, or accidental purchase.
By completing a purchase on Pix Space, the customer explicitly agrees to waive the right to a refund for digital products once delivery or download has occurred.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Digital products / downloadable software
- Gift cards
Physical Product Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for digital products delivered as described will be contested with evidence, including download logs, access timestamps, and transaction records.
